Building a zlet along side lewi007

any tips for fitting and useful parts would be greatly appreciated.

Starting off with brakes first next weekend when all parts arrive

Can only run multi rib belt unless you get a custom bottom pulley, could pose an issue, possibly use a late xe square tooth bottom sprocket as will take v belt. Had issues with my corsa b z20ler with multi rib rubbing on cornering rubbing. Not sure if the late xe pulley will actually work but worth looking into. Also check over the zlet loom as mine had earthing issues when i first installed it plenty of info on that issue about. And you'll have to either tape a chip to the transponder for the immobiliser or somehow fit it to the nova barrel and get a corsa b or the like later key cut to your car so it can house the chip

appreciate that mate, something to bare in mind, planning on keeping it on the road, with its 1.2 in then adding to it since ill be using a friends garage to work on it.
