Meriva 5 stud problem

Is ther anyone using meriva 5 stud front hubs I?m having an issue with the hub touching the knuckle.
iv had the hub machined down to use nova bearing so im using the nova knuckles. Alls good when the cv isn?t fitted in the hub but when I fit the cv an tighten it up it seem to pull together an touch in won?t move/spin

Have you seen the big block hub machining guide? Some is taken off the back. Wonder if its the same for those.

Ye fella seen it I’m guna take it back apart an see what I can do wit it

I had to take some Material off the back of the hub jobs seems a good un now
