I see you have a pic of a Corsa as your avatar. Are you wanting to fit the speakers in the doors of this or a Nova.

I have 6x9's in the doors of my Nova. A mate chopped about 12" off the front of the door pocket and built up a wood and fibre glass pod to fit the speaker into, then smothed this into the remainder of the door pocket.
I'll try and get a couple of pics up. My digi cam's fuked at the min so i might have to try and borrow one.

If it's for the Corsa, sorry, no idea.

I had to cut out a very smal section of the inner door surface becuase the speaker didn't sit square in the hole. Once this small section had been removed/bent over, it fitted fine.
