What front disc’s can I use around the 305mm size without having to drill to 4 stud for my nova

Fiat Coupe Turbo they are 4x98 but you can easily open the holes out slightly

Have v6 but 280mm are too small with the callipers carriers I have fitted

Why not just use the 280 carriers ? It's a lot of disc for 700kg and 15" will still fit over them.
