Hi guys, happy new year 👍

Just spent an hour looking through the posts related to the eps setup with no luck ☹

Can anyone help with the issue regarding the plastic shroud as the ignition barrel is in the wrong place.

How did you get around this? Would the shroud from a corsa fit? If you had to mod the nova shroud how did you get around this?

If anyone can post up a couple of pictures that would be great 👍👍

Cheers

I didn't bother with a shroud, easy!

The Corsa one would make sense to use as everything wil line up apart from the dash. Did you mount it on the original mounts or custom?

No shroud is an option, it is a rally car after all

I'll have a look in scrap yards for a corsa one

I used the original mount plus some extra bracing to the bulk head, its pretty solid tbh

Next you'll be carpetting the rollcage! Can't say I've ever missed the shroud on my track car.

Carpet instead of padding, what a great idea lol

There's more than one type of corsa b shroud, depending on wether its adjustable or not. May be other differences too

I was just reading a post that explained you use the nova barrel on the Corsa column. http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?147161-Fitting-EPAS-Power-Steering/page2

Actually I did use the nova barrel so I could keep the existing keys, still in the wrong place :(
