1.2i to 1.6 8v question

I've read a few posts in here about fitted a 1.6 8v... I have the engine, F13CR box and shafts etc. I've read up about the few wires it gets to get the engine running but i have a question in relation to the fuel pump?

Some people are saying an external tank GSi pump will run it but other say you can simply change the intank pump which comes on the 1.2i. Does anyone know which one I could replace this to? I assume a corsa or astra one?

Any mpi (multi-point injection) pump will be fine, so a 16v corsa B will do!

cheers will! so any corsa B 16v engine pump.... will they fit directly into my Nova 1.2i tank?

Yes - they are all the same size. The filters may be slightly different, but they should all easily be swapped!

Ive used them from Mk 3 astras and Vectra Bs - allsorts!
