H Reg Nova Merit 5 door hatch steel wheels wanted

Hi,
I am restoring a H reg Nova Merit, its a 5 door hatch, in silver, 1.2, carb engine. its currently fitted with a set of the three spoke GM Nova sr ? wheels but I think these look too big and not right for the restoration I am doing

So, I am after a good set of the steel wheels that would have come with the car, and also a set of perfect trims.

I can provide a picture of the spare wheel if that helps ID what it would have had, its a very low mile car for its age(56k)and I have had it a very long time, its been dry stored and is just back from paint, I had it painted because it had loads of scratches and scuffs from being buried in the garage underneath lots of crap for years !

Tyres not important, I will be putting new tyres on all round once its back together and off for its MOT !

H reg should be the steels with 5 cut outs around the wheel, and the 5 spoke wheel trims, where you located as i may have some of these. Also a few diffeent colours of wheel trim to choose from, more than likely silver ones if the car is sliver too

The spare is 13 inch, has lots of round holes in all the way round.

Im not too bothered what goes back on but the ones you describe sound right, the silver star trims is what I had in my minds eye.

I need the wheels and the trim in that case !

Im in cornwall, but I run trucks all over the place so collection is not a problem

I think they have the code GD on the sticker, the star type full size trims fit.

Now urgently need to find a set of 4 steel wheels,

GD code, 5 cutouts for the star trims.

Car is out of paint and 90% assembled, need wheels to put new tyres on to MOT so I can take it to a few shows in August.....

Hi, The link to the pic is posted back at the start of this topic, the wheels I am needing are the GD code in the pic, not sure what a Nova Spin had fitted but if they are the star style wheel trims and they have 5 big gaps and are GD code I am interested !

Very interested in buying 4 of these GD code wheels as soon as possible, cash waiting !

All sand blasted, painted and new tyres fitted, wheel trims painted and the Vauxhall badge in the middle re painted in red !

Sorted done and happy as can be.
