What type of alternator do I need?

I was wondering if someone can help?

im trying to get my nova back on the road but not sure which alternator I need?

it is a F reg 1.3SR and there is 3 options for this car and I’m not sure how much amps is required.

can someone help or point me in the right direction?

I think I run a 55amp one. I remember having the 45amp on the 1.2.
