After reading an interesting thread on here I would like to boast the performance of my 1.2, so I'm after the following bits:
GTE/GSI complete exhaust system including manifold.
GTE/GSI/SR camshaft.
1.3SR carb and manifold

Just a heads up, if you use a gte/gsi camshaft you'll have to get an electric fuel pump as the 1600 was injection so there is no lobe to work the diaphram in the fuel pump. Personally I'd find a kent ast1 cam, and a 1.3 manifold with a weber 32 34. For bonus points try and find a mk1 astra 1.3 manifold as these are regarded as the best due to long runners. But the nova and mk2 astra version is fine also

I was at a car boot sale the other week there was a brand new dtmt 32 34 with opel kadette (astra) 1300 adapter kit and filter still boxed never been fitted £80 still kicking my self after seeing what they go for now .

Never even thought to look at a car boot sale for bits?? Will now though mate! Maybe go back they might still have it?

Iv had all sorts of new nova stuff from them in the past and alot of it is genuine gm stuff from back in the day
