Does anyone know anywhere i can get a dizzy blank plate from .

Sbd about £20 if you are shortening your cam don't forget to knock the ball bearing down the inside of the cam that they send with the kit . I'm not sure if it usually relies on the blank holding it in though

Assuming this is for a C20XE?

The new SBD dizzy blank looks so sexy. However for a cheaper option, QED do a nice basic round one that you can hold in with either a coilpack bracket or a few washers.
