Waaaazzzzzuuuuuppp...has anyone heard of that program called 'Porridge'?

Yup...u guessed it...I've got to go to court in 3 months (or I can plead guilty by post).

How many points will i get? I got caught driving a moped with no insurance (i had everything else such as MOT, Tax, licence etc)?

If they give me a fine as well as a load of points, a petrol bomb is going through my local nicks window.

I know if u get 6 points in your first year you get your licence took of you, but will that happen to me? I know i'm gettng 6 points, but are my circumstances different? (i mean do u get banned if u get 6 points, or do u get banned if u get 6 points for actual incidents on the road?)

Are my circumstances different cos I was on a scooter?

ur best be would be to be honest, if the court thinks u know that uve done something wrong they will be a little more understanding of the situation,if they think u are being stubborn theyll get u where it hurts,its ur call,but u wanna kiss ass big style
