Ticky / cammy noise when first start up

Hi my nova 1.4 sr mk1 seems a bit tappy/ cammy noise when first started . Once warm it's quiet as a mouse . Any ideas ?

Maybe lifters sticking.

Tappets dry? Once warm the oil getting around the engine better maybe.

It doesn't sound like a tappet sounds cam noise . What oil is best for it ? I might give it an oil change it's currently on some 10/40
