Hi trying to put my 1300 SR Rally car back on the road. I have just removed fuel tank and wonder if anyone knows where the tank breather runs. The tank has the following connections. 1.Fuel Filler input, 2. Fuel Filler Breather, 3 Fuel Breather, 4.Carb output 5. Carb Return. The issue I have is with number 3 it is a small rubber tube that runs across the front upper lip of the tank. Mine is totally perished so I cant even see where it went. I can replace this with a piece of pipe but where does it go. Cant find anything online about this pipe. Have owned the car for years and totaly rebuilt this car but never knew of its existance. Cant belive it ever came forward into engine bay as this is a stage rally car with all lines inside. Anyone got any ideas. Anyone got a Nova in original trim and can take a peek. Many thanks

Mine just went from one side of the tank to the other and just vents there. It didn't connect to anything. When I rebuilt the car I put a hose on a new tank in the same way.
