Right hopefully someone can help with this issue I have. This is my dizzy, believe it was from a nova 1.2 or 1.3.

So I decided to change the rotor which I though looks standard

Then picked up 2 different model intermotor caps (44850 and 44860) as I've had issues before. Both look the same as I have got fitted but they look like this when attached, not pulling up flush.

This is what they look like inside. The 1st being the worn one and the others the new ones

Is there a different cap or a smaller rotor? This has stumped me so any help appreciated.
