How low can I go on speedlines ... please advice needed pic requesr

Hi I have a nova 1.4 sr mk 1 and I'm fitting speedlines allesios . I have bought brand new bilstein shocks and new toyo 195 40 16 tyres .
How low can I go with out it smashing arches wings etc . Rear arches are rolled .
40mm or 60mm?? also what springs do you recommend. Any pics of your would be great

60mm sounds reasonable with low profile and rolled arches, but it really is car dependent
