Few wiring questions please help

First one is I seem to have a spare wire .. it's down near drivers kick panel near bonnet catch. Not for a side repeater is it? Hard to tell from the pics.

Hi no side repeater plugs in further up and earths to side of body with a really small self tapper. Cheers
