Omex 600 knock sensor help please

So we have been wiring my c20let up and noticed there was no wire in the plug (b10) for the knock sensor .
It states in the diagram that it only uses pin b10 and uses a grey sleaved wire . Surely if its sleaved the outer sleave must connect to a pin for earth as the knock sensor is 2 pin. I have called omex . And they say they dont provide/sell the wire I need anymore as not many people use it . And again he stated it only uses 1 pin . Would be great if anyone could show me or explain how they wired there knock in . Cheers

Sorted it for anyone intrested the shrouded grey is similar to a coax cable the outer meshed wire doesnt connect to anything at the sensor end . And connects to earth at the ecu end the meshed wire around the inner single core is only there to stop interference I believe.
