Anyone know of a company who does pcb repairs? I am sick of buying clocks and the tracks breaking. I must of go through at least 5 sets with the same problem. They have a design fault with the lower section of the pcb overhanging causing them to break the tracks. Wondering if a company could possibly redesign the pcb so it don't break in the same place.

Ironic company name, might be with a try though. Based in Sheffield:

Is it actual pcb, or the tracks on plastic?

I've always put a strip of gaffa tape along the bottom edge of the plastic track and stick it to the housing
That way when you take the clocks out the track does not get caught and bend

Looks like the tracks have broken in places. I've used gaff tape before but it has still happened.

Used to stick them down too, if the tracks in the board are broken you can sometimes run a small peice of wire from terminal to terminal and bypass the board
