Gear selector

As Iam putting a e16se engine in the 1.2 can the original gear selector be used? Not sure if any difference in the 4 speed selector ? Many thanks :thumb:

If it was originally 4 speed and going to 5 speed you can use the current selector but you will need to chop off a white plastic block from underneath the gear gater, attached to the gear stick.. It will allow the gearstick to pull further to the right. I have no pictures of this but I have done it and is dead easy.
