China blue shine

Looking into painting my car back to China blue but looking for a good gloss finish, is it a matter of painting the colour then lacquer over it or can you get the paint mixed into a more glossy finish?

Few options really you can Base and clear coat or direct gloss it! The finish will depend on how many coats are applied to get a good depth. You will want to give it a good flat and polish anyways. If you don't want a finish ie peely, dead flat and polish to a deep shine.
