i'm now about four months into being a non smoker. don't even miss them or anything. keep it up it gets alot easier after the first week. just keep a pack of chewies in your pocket just in case

well done, its probably one of the hardest things to do, to give up, have you tried those nickeret patches? kinds sh!te, have you ever tried to roll them!

im trying to tell my mate to give up, every week he says he will, and when i ask him when he is going to get his car on the road, its the same excuse "cant afford it (tax, mot and new gaskets)" even though he is spengin shite loads on fags!

the money you save from not smoking can go to something useful (like your car) and youll be fitter for it!
