Front panel

I've just looked inside my front arch and noticed the front pal don't look like it's fitted to the front leg. The other side is the same. It looks the original one. Can anyone confirm theres is the same. Will get a pic up in a bit. Thanks

Sorted found out they are like that looking at others.

So is the pic correct or should it be welded?

Looking at others it seems to be right.

It's not welded on there from the factory, the bits welded are the crossmember ends and front edge of the headlights and the reason is it's just a filler section for the wings to bolt too. You'll know this if you replaced the front panel

Ok cheers. No not changed a front panel before this is the original one just wanted to check.
