Its a 2ltr turbo and its not new but it has been fully rebuilt with lots of new bits! Cannot wait to see what a 6 speed nova is like now!
Dan i got the turbo back ages ago from AET but i dont hold out much hope for it lasting as i have heard bad things about them.

I suppose i ought to insert my tongue up your arse like everyone else has done too
Looks fantastic mate - a little tip though - dont leave the cloth on top of the engine > it just ruins the whole thing! :D
Hopefully this one will look and act the part for considerably longer than your last attempt mate, and that's not meant as a put down... i genuinely do hope this one lives on to be one of the great nova's... otherwise i can see you spitting your dummy a very long way after all this hard work!

If it blows up then it blows up, i will go back to the drawing board over winter and build a better faster engine. Rick

Might well run either tomorrow or wednesday Dan, just got to do all the shitty jobs on it then fit some suspension when the bits arrive and drop it onto some wheels! Rick

Dan i made the inlet pipe, its a 90 deg pipe and a 135 deg one joined together with a bit of stainless pipe but there are no hose clamps on in that pic! Going to try and get it done tomorrow as long as vauxhall get my CV boots in stock  . Not joined any inlet pipes at the moment. Rick
