Brake Upgrade

I wonder if anybody could help i'm looking to upgrade the brakes on my nova 1.4sr and just wondered if people could recomened any brake kits to go under 15" wheels.

16V ATE's from either a Astra GTE or Cavalier GSi!

they are 256mm

the car mechanics magazine had a nova project not too long ao and they fited bigger breaks t a nova with 15"ers on. tey got vectra v6 breaks under. i dont know what size they were but they were massive. about 288 or something.so you can get most big breaks under 15's.

yeah, V6 are either 284mm or 288mm, confuse myself sometimes!

theres a member on here with V6's on, but not sure whether its under 15s or 16s!

didnt know they fitted under 15s though...

Are 4 pot wilwood calipers a bit harsh more normal use if i fit disc's on the back.

im not to sure, someone will correct me if im wrong, but i think they are about the same size as the V6 ATE's!

youll need to put slightly smaller discs on the rear than on the front, dont know why!

yeah they wen uder 15's they filled them up. they wee deffo under 15's cos they wouldn't put bigger ones on because they said the handling would fuck up. i say u should get the v6 breaks and if they dont fit under get some 16's. aaaaaa.............
