Picked up a leaf green mk1 a little while ago and now its time for its rebuild.
This is my first rebuild so any advise is welcome 😀.
I will post up pics as i go but it requires quite abit of work mainly the rear arches.

Yh seems pretty much standard apart from its got some bilsteins on it lol.
Nd yes that was an antibes actualy in a fairly poor condition aswel which my mate bought but sold on as changed his mind lol.

Haha yh plan on plenty of pics lol.
This ones not the best few little holes so looking for another 1 otherwise will just have to repair it. Plan on getting rid or rear wiper anyways.

Oops lol.
After 33yrs it was well and truely stuck ended up smashing the shit out of it then using a pulley.
Replacing it for a Sparco semi dished quick release.

Will be trimming back the inner arches putting in some new metal and welding them higher up the outer arch to get rid of the double skin.

Both sides in front of rear wheel arch had a load of filler in so cut them out.
Got some full sill panels to go in place.

Will be my everyday car so nothing too mental but will be puting a 2.0 8v in on twin carbs, 18e head, Seh pistons, kent cam and vernier pulley. Puting corsa b epas on it. Roll cage. Recaro seats and gaz coilovers all round.
