Strengthened lower arms

I want to fit strengthened lower arms to my nova and have got the strengthening plates already but I need to buy a pair of new lower arms. Is there just one size for all novas or did GTE/GSi have stronger or thicker ones as new??

Brand new ones are bizarrely cheap and probably nicer to weld, all the same across models.

Thanks mate but I do have a pair in the garage. Il probably buy new though as I prefer using new parts where I can on the old girl.
