fuel problems

Right where do i start i'm using an-6 fittings running one 044 pump ..
i'm think of upgrading to twin , So do i up to an-8 or is it just the return ??

im maxing the pump at 310bhp at 40psi of fuel presure ??

Are you maxing the pump or running or maxing the D.C? At 40psi you would probably be running out of injector unless they are huge. 40psi sounds low.
