E16se loom plugs

I am unsure where and what these 2 plugs are for on e16se loom any one help?
The blue one:

bottom pic is where it connects to main car loom

Ok engine is going in 1.2 merit mk1. So do in need to cut plug off and connect it that way to car loom?
