Removing uprated bushes

Hi all,
I fitted powerflex bushes all round on my nova a few years back, the car only saw the road for a year, im now looking at removing them to get everything powder coated.
Is there any way to remove them and then re use them or am i best just getting them out and buying new.

Cant take alot of effort iirc they come in two pieces so they won't be pushed in

Make or use a bush removal tool. They'll just pop out.

Push metal insert out, then wiggle each side of the bush out. Be dead easy.

The one I started on was the rear beam, was really tight for some reason but took the centre bar out and one side usually came out with it, the other side just tapped out then.
