I was quoted 1900 by direct line and tesco for a standard 1.2 fully comp and one company wanted 2500 out of me!!!

sorry to be shirty, but pick up the phone. best thing is to tell the comp you ring your best price and see if they'll meet it. look in back pages of maxpower etc.
