So firstly, what type of stage rallying - forest, single venue airfields, single venue circuits or closed roads..?
Secondly, What suspension and springs are you running on it?

The original works Nova build manual is likely to be your best source of data.
I believe it's on this website in the archives somewhere? (Someone will know for sure)

What do you have adjustment wise on it? Obviously toe on the front, but do you have adjustable camber / castor arms? What about topmounts - concentric, eccentric? Are the rear welded on hubs or bolt on?

I have the camber set at negative 2.0 I have adjustable tie rods and rose joined tie arm brackets I've coil overs in the front the back is just a normal axle no real adjustment I'm also running 13" wheels if that makes a difference

If your doing airfield events and closed roads then 2 degrees negative is about maximum. I tend to put as much camber on as possible with the topmounts and adjustment.
Are the settings with driver and codriver weight? I run pretty much parallel toe at the front when static (with weight in the car) but Im going to add a little toe-out which should help turn in but at the expense of straight line stability.
You can tweak the rears with shims if you know what your starting from. Are the rears polybushed etc to stop excess movement?
I tend to run as much rear ARB as possible on my Astra so I run a through beam ARB and the external one but I dont run a front ARB at all. My Nova was the same (a long time ago....)
What spring rates are fitted to yours? I run 250lb 9" fronts for rougher airfields and gravel spec rear springs but mine is 980kg or so with a 1600 16v fitted.
