Southie, that switch isn't the one that the GTE uses, it's a different one to activate the pressure gauge.

Dont think its the SR one, as they are a much bigger unit.

The he one you picked out is just for the red light in the dash??

sorry just re read your post I get what you mean now. Would think the GTE one is the bigger unit like the SR as it will run the light and the gauge.

i saw them on eBay about 6 months ago.

I also need one of these for a 1990 1.4 sr mk1. But mine looks slightly different to the ones in the link anyone got any ideas . I've tried dealers but no luck
