No the bit where the sender screws in has snapped off.

Cheers but gonna bang a new one on might aswell as giving the engine a freshen up.

Where can I get a oil pump gasket from? Tried ebay and vauxhall without any joy.

you will probably want a conversion set as that will inc new crank seals as well as the oil pump gasket and sump gasket.
