As title, is there a 1800 block that I could bolt the e16se head onto with no mods?

I have a 16sv block, slightly worked e16se head and bike carbs plus f13cr gearbox to replace the 12st 4 speed set up I currently have.

Was thinking that a 1800 block would bump up the power slightly. Or is shall I just stick with the 16sv block?

Also what would be a good uprated camshaft to fit?

Was hoping for around 120bhp - realistic?

Kent AST2 camshaft, I'd not bother looking at others imho... it works on "everything" from near std to carbed worked beasts to 150bhp with great driveability.

As for small block 1800's, youre looking at 16V setups, at which point you might aswekk bike carb the 16V setup lol
If you can get the specs, you might be able to make a frankenblock with a 1600 bottom end and pistons/rods/crank to get to 1800, but its unlikely.

a wellsetup 1600 on carbs and ASt2 should see you in the 130bhp mark anyway

Cheers Stuart. Will stick with the 1600 block, and look for a cam.
