MK2 Bumper on a MK1

Right i know how to do a facelift conversion but was wondering if anyone has fitted a MK2 Bumper without changing the headlights, wings etc.

If so any pictures?

i aint got a pic but i know numerous people who have done it. All it is, is a basic bumper swap, nothing else has to be done. On some of theirs it looks better with a mk2 bumper on than it did with a mk1 one on in the first place.

Not being lazy, ave been after a Red MK1 bumper for ages but no oine has one so am going to fit a MK2 one so we can sell the car.

CP's changed the mk2 bumper for a mk1 without changing anything so the reverse is probably ok. just try to do it and see if it works
