Steering wheel removal

Best method to remove. Typical tight spline I've tried a puller no joy hitting it from behind. Don't really wanna rock it side to side as will knacker the colum! :confused:

Take column out, place wheel on two wheelie bins, knock column through from the top

Worked for me but no guarantee of column damage when it's stuck stuck

Leave it on you'll need it to turn corners.

A bearing puller and an impact gun.

Also resisting the urge to not say anything about that "No joy hitting it from behind" part.

Look in the how to articles... I wrote it many moons ago..... the trick with a kettle & old bath towel really does work if the puller doesnt

Sorted now got a big ass puller on it off it popped lol cheers all
