Does soap and water do the job or does it need something alittle tougher? This is for my anti roll bar clamp bushes that are covered in road dirt and grease but are still in good condition.
Dont want to soak them over night in something that will damage them like white spirit or thinners.
Try cleaning with bleach and hot water. I cleaned my washer bottle with it as the dishwasher trick didn't work and it came up nice.

Wd40 should do the job, get some on a rag and get rubbing ;)
Agreed a bit of WD40. Assemble them with some poly bush grease or copper grease to keep them quiet.

Agreed with the WD40. That stuff is a miracle in a can.
Pretty sure it's what helped me be born.
