Nova gsi logbook info

I am looking to buy a nova gsi, it's about the only model I have not owned yet so never seen a v5 for 1,I spoke to someone recently that has a gsi but on the log book it is a 1.6 saloon and no mention of it being a gsi hatchback.
Has anyone come across this before?
