Question for painters.

Anyone had any nasty side effects after painting 2k or been in contact with thinners.? Me being a painter I've become ill over the past 4 days. I've had raging temperature very sore muscles couldn't walk yesterday. My head felt as if it was gonna explode. I've been on a drip at hospital to flush anything out they said it could be due to what I use to paint cars with! Anyone else had any probs? :mad:

According to 6 doctors it ain't flu! They were scratching their heads to what is causing the pain. That's why they asked what I do as a job.

What mask did you have on?
Usually occupational flu's like galv flu etc last for a few hours.

Wow, I knew it was a cumulative toxin and that it can go through the skin, but didnt realise it did that!
I've painted one car, and used the 3M throw away mask (with extra filter papers on the outside to catch the lumps etc) I did wear a full white crime scene suit and gloves taped to the sleeves lol

Never heard of that kinda thing.

Does sound more like a flu like virus.
