Can anyone tell me the steps to tune the engine and get about 200bhp. Turbo etc. If you recommand to upgrade the internals...and what head should I use. All details are welcome since it is my first time doing this type of project. Thanks :)

first off, do you want to do it cheaply or spend the money to get it done right?
cheap build = spacer plate to lower the compression
5th injector and or rising rate FPR etc
Proper build, I'd do:
1.6 8v head
tubular manifold to some sort of T2/T3 style turbo (for 200bhp you will want to be flowing about 20Lbs of air per second or something like that)
FMIC, or air to water charge cooler, depending on space etc
the 1200 or 1400 bottom end as you see fit
ARP rod bolts
Either new H section rods, or deseamed and shot peaned OEM rods
Suitable oil way mods
1.6 inlet manifold, possibly with a fluid hone if you can get it done
Aftermarket management to control everything nicely
But pulling 200bhp form the 1200 wont be an easy task... and it might wind up laggy as hell
Could always use a supercharger :D
Or this is trolling lol

I am going to do a proper build...I do not care if it takes years to get it right. At the moment I am looking for a nova (I am not from the uk) if I find one for the right price I will start the project right away ;)

Why not just start with a 1.6 to start off with? Seems a strange way to go about getting 200hp

1.6 head is most sensible option as the 1.6i plenum and TB will go straight on and be easy to interface with the turbo. It's also a well designed shape.
The 1600 has the windage tray as well so be as well to fit that.
You need an upgraded NRV for the servo vacuum.
