View Full Version : I'm back and I've bought a Vauxhall!

Thought it was about time I bought a Vauxhall, sadly it's not a nova! Sure you all know me by now and that I always buy beemers but fancied a change. Always loved these cars and have always been one of the 'dream car garage' type of cars. For the same price I could of bought an M3 like most others would of done but I wanted something rare and different, I certainly won't be seeing many of these around.

It's the 6.0 vxr, wasn't keen on the standard monaros and it had to be black so had to wait until I found this one. It's immaculate. Completely standard apart from the wortec exhaust which sounds amazing! Love everything about it so far, big Australian coupe with a massive American engine and a big comfy interior. What's not to like :d

Welcome back Lee, nice to see you've parted ways with the white yaris lol , and seen the light still have photos of your E30 Cab loved it new cars looks great health to drive.

I always said that the E30 was my most fun car with it being so different and cool but I think this tops the list now. It's absolutely bonkers lol

Thanks guys. Benn, they sound amazing ha! I've only got the wortec cat back on so I'm sure one day I'll do the cats and headers but it's loud enough as it is lol

18 on a cruise or a mix of driving? It's got to read 0 on the Mpg counter with the hammer down

That's just short trips really. I suppose on a long run it could do 23-25mpg

Thought I'd update this. I was wrong with the MPG lol. I'm averaging 16mpg, on a long ish run it'll do around 18-19.

Still loving it though, I think next year I'll start modding it. Wanting the headers done to make it even noisier and fancy the AP brake kit.
