will the studholes of a renault match up with the holes on the hub on a vauxhall?
I would strongly advise against it as the renault offset is way off (nigh on 20mm if i remember)
For ?200 you can buy a decent set of Vaux second hand alloys and this wont put any extra strain on the bearings etc etc...
New renaults are very close. kid with white nova on renault clio wheels looks mint as fuck. cant memba who but fillered oiver renault caps and 'vauxhalled' them.
Yes i think the new shape ones are et48, but if there is a set of the m for ?200 then i cant imagine him needing reassurance
R5 wheel will fit a Nova (Stud holes will line up) but the offset is something like et35 so it's more arseache than it's worth imo.

Older clio's were et40 (i have one) and newer ones are closer to the et49 than that.

Yeah most of the new Renaults are close to the Vauxhall ET49 the ones i have on at the minute are ET48.5 which are off a Clio 172 Sport shown in my sig, but the new ones i have got > http://www.novaload.net/forums/album_see.php?id=1724 which paulandrewrobinson mentioned are off the new Megane and they are ET49 both are 16" and there's no rubbing what so ever and its lowered 60mm and the arches havnt even been rolled :D the older Renaults ET's are defo alot lower than the newer 1s.
