Just been to rolling road and had my car set up, when I got back I had a bad oil leak from the crank seal that was new.
Now changed the seal, the new seal was a lot stiffer than the other and the oil leak has gone but there is still a small weep
Any body had this problem????
Probably leaking from where the silicone goes too

sorry not sure what you mean
a common issue if the crank is worn... or you're just unlucky with cack seals... get a genuine GM one.
sorry not sure what you mean
Then thats probably why...
Where the crank seal goes at the last cap your supposed to inject rtv silicone down the sides of the cap as per the build manual.

I have done this your there is a reses on each side of the cap, 2 b honest I put silicone in the groves then bolted the cap up to the crank.
