Rear Disk Conversion

Apologies if this is a re-post but I have searched and searched to no avail.
If there is a topic already id be grateful to be shown in the right direction!

I'm basically looking to fit rear disks to my nova rally car, I overheat drums to regularly.
Only posts I have find refer to the LMF conversion kit which doesn't appear to be available any more.

I need to know:
What disks to use
What callipers to use
Handbrake cable setup

Fitting the conversion plates? anyone have a template?


Any help will be much appreciated.

I see somewhere someone said to use corsa C rear hubs/stub axles/calipers/discs. Apparently they bolt on in place of the Nova stub axles. They do however widen the track ever so slightly.
