Would you be interested in selling the intercooler you have now Kev?

Why not fabricate the back to accept the rad then I have loads of room for the intercooler?

hahaha at that fitting behind the bumper. Your ic is huge dude, best you'll get is it sitting in a cut out in the bumper.
Does the top hose not run right over the turbo too? Surely can't be good can it?

What about custom rad/ic. Have the rad sitting on top of the ic, so its a all in one unit. Top and bottom style. Looks as if you'd only lose a few rows on the rad. That would pull the ic back in line with the rad too giving a bit more room on the front.

The hose dose run over the turbo Ben ? It dose have a large hard pipe in side the silcone hose tho

Radiator looks nice - custom made, universal, or off the shelf for another car?

I have used a triple core alloy civic rad cut the filler off and welded inlet on turned it sideways on and all other pipe work fits perfectly.

Pictures required please! That sounds like a good way of sourcing a better quality alloy radiator

Getting one made is a great way of getting just what you want too.

Iv turned it sideways and had an extra outlet welded on the side . I also drilled one of the locating posts through the center to take the pipe to top of the header tank . Rads are 35 quid much cheaper than a nova one.
