speedo problem

I have a x16xe I am running cable driven speedo but I need to wire something to the ecu to tell it my speed.. is there a way around this with out changing anything major ie box,clocks ect ?
would this also make the car cut out when coming to a stop ie junction/roundabout ?

You need a speed transducer from a 1.2 spi nova, these just connect into the existing speedo cable at one end and the other crews into the white speedo connector in your gearbox.

Some people have different experiences of there car cutting out, mine did though until I fitted one of the below.

Corsa B 1.2 8v have them also so get down the scrappers or :
