Distributor cap types

Can anyone tell me the distributor cap types for a nova gte. Is there only one type? I have an orange dist cap with 4mm pins for the leads. Is there another type of hall distributor with bigger lead connections like the ones on a 1.2? Did the gte ever have the black type caps?

were re there different caps on different years?

reason I ask is I bought new leads for a gte that don't fit and want to get the issue resolved hopefully so the manufacturer has the right info.

I think you can paint them black or orange to suit. Providing the paint is non conductive, it should be fine.
