Does anyone on here know this ball bag personally that can speak to him for me?

i paid for parts a long time ago, not received them and been fed bullshit stories about when I'll get them etc etc and the last 3 months he's totally ignored all my calls and texts.

whats the route I can go down to try and get my money back if any?

I thought he supposedly got annoyed with making Nova parts for some reason and got rid of his moulds a long time ago.
Did you pay with Paypal? if so is your account linked with a credit card? You might be able to get your money back, perhaps its a bit late with Paypal but maybe your bank could help.

He has a Facebook page with an address on it, if all else fails turning up in person might be worth it.

Yeah he did but I paid for this stuff before he stopped.. PayPal unfortunately and far too late to be claiming money back.

I had a mate contact him via Facebook for me around 6 weeks ago, said he knew I was trying to get in contact and said he'll speak to me in due time... Absolute bell end

I know this is no help but I met him at my house once and I went over to his unit as well, seemed a really genuine person. Suppose when people get busy work gets on top of them and, wrongly, they put some orders to the back.

I'm sure if you get a message across to him demanding something to be done or else you'll see him in person he will soon contact you and sort it out.

I was thinking that was the case tbh, so basically he's sold my bonnet to someone else then. The **** knew fine what he was doing. I'm glad he's out of business he didn't deserve for it to stay open and means other people won't get ripped off.

The biggest Tosser in the car world. Can't handle orders, happy to take money then deals out every excuse in the book. He pissed me around with Nova stuff years ago, finally got his house number and called his mum who gave him a hiding and they turned up, after threatening a PayPal claim.

Recently told he had changed his ways so ordered Clio mk2 doors. Nearly 3 months later had to cancel the order and claim money back.

Today a friend has finally found out he was ripped off for a Clio dash.

Been hopeful myself but had a bad feeling for a while, was supposed to pick the parts up in November but was fobbed off with another excuse. I received the rear quarters last year so I've been waiting for a bonnet, boot, spoiler and roof blank which will clearly never be made. Sitting with a loss of around £1400 or so.

Yeah I was happy with the fibreglass wings I got from him. I would have bought more bits for my Nova from him if he had carried on trading properly.

i dont think we can tar all small traders with the same brush but there has been a few around that are thieving scum. Maybe I'm too nice a person but I don't know how they can sleep at night.. I wouldn't Rip someone off for a fiver never mind over a grand.
