Is this cam and followers knackered?

I have just put new valve seals in and then inspected the cam to notice what looks like excessive wear and two cam followers look damaged to me.


The first and third from the left.

Could this explain the noise from the top end, blue smoke when the engine reaches normal temperature and possible low oil pressure at temperature?

Yes, its Shot, needs new camshaft and followers

Would suggest dumping the oil and removing/cleaning the sump, will be full of lost camshaft/follower fragments

Thanks, exactly what I thought, tomorrows job was cleaning and inspecting the bottom end anyway, what a mess of an engine!
