View Full Version : Cleaning silicone hoses

Managed to pick up a good used Roose Motorsport hose which is just slightly grubby but wondered if there's anything I should or shouldn't use to clean them with? Don't want to fade the blue or damage the logo if possible.

I always found WD40 pretty good, just put it on and wipe off after about 5 mins ;)

Will give that a go southie, not touched it yet so will give it a good soak with soap and water first.

I used to be a bit obsessed with clean my old engine bay with WD40, worst was with the smell coming in through the heaters as it burnt the back of my throat lol
